Carrie Ann Williams
Founder and CEO
Carrie Ann Williams is our fearless leader. She is the visionary behind The Truth Republic and is passionate about women discovering, developing and deploying into their unique God given calling.
Carrie has over 20 years of full-time ministry experience. She has held leadership positions in global missions organizations, non-profits and churches, including being part of the core leadership team that launched The Church of Eleven22. She feels most alive when she is preaching, writing, spending quality time with the people she loves and being a crazy creative person.
Carrie is married to the handsome and talented Ben Williams, Pastor of Culture
and Creativity at The Church of Eleven22, and has two amazing daughters, Kyah and Taylor.
Kelly is a disciple, a wife, a mom, a daughter, a sister and a friend. She has worked on staff at The Church of Eleven22 as an Executive Assistant, Producer of services, Worship Ministry Coordinator and AVL Project Manager for a campus launch. Before answering God’s call into vocational ministry, she was the Global Events Manager for a medical device company.
Kelly’s desire is for everyone to know Christ and be allowed an opportunity to use their story to glorify his name. She has a desire for young girls and women alike to be so comfortable with who God made them to be. In a world that is all about comparison and expectations, I want women to only hear God’s voice saying “I made you this way on purpose. Don’t change or apologize for who you are, because I want to use you just as you are.”
Kelly is the wife to Russell and mother to Anniston Grace. She loves spending time with her family and friends, being outside, getting pedis and eating sushi.
Joy is passionate about loving people right where they are. She has walked out this passion in such places as First Coast Women’s Services, The Church of Eleven22, Global Missions, Beach Church and serving as a Stephen Minister.
Joy lives out Psalm 16:11 – “You make known to me the path of life, in your presence there is fullness of joy.” God daily shows Joy where to walk and never leaves her to do it alone. Joy knows that while the path seems to change every day, despite ANY circumstance if we are walking in His presence, we can find joy (and anything else we need).
Joy is excited to encourage women around the world to move beyond a “knowledge” of religion into a deep, life changing relationship with Jesus. Through one-on-one ministry, resource development and team efforts Joy is ready to direct women on their journey using her personal testimony and spiritual gifts to help women move beyond their fears and answer the call of God on their lives.
As if all of this doesn’t make Joy a super hero, she is also the single mom of two incredible daughters, Chloe and Sammie. In addition to photography, her favorite hobbies include reading, listening to music, and naps.
